The basics of yoga are simple yet profound. You need not be flexable or strong to begin your practice, just the willingness to be open to change.

We will go over the details in a slow and tangible way so that by the end of our 6 weeks together, you will have the confidence to move forward with your practice.

All mats and props will be provided.
